译林六上Unit7 Protect the Earth
张桥中心小学  朱丽娜
教学内容:Sound time ,Culture time and Cartoon time
教学目标:
1.了解并掌握字母组合oo的发音,在发音中体会和总结规律。
2.进一步熟练地掌握should, shouldn’t的句型,并能正确使用和书写。
3.掌握词汇:project, poster, know, ready, gate等。
4.阅读并理解Cartoon time的内容,学会配音,明白Cartoon time 的幽默之处。
5.阅读并了解Culture time,让学生紧密联系生活实际,引导学生热爱地球、保护地球。
教学重点:
了解并掌握字母组合oo的发音,阅读并了解Culture time,让学生紧密联系生活实际,引导学生热爱地球、保护地球,阅读并理解Cartoon time的内容。
教学难点:
单词Environment读音;让学生紧密联系生活实际,引导学生热爱地球、保护地球。
教学准备:多媒体课件

教学过程
Step1:Warming-up
1.Greeting.
T:What day/date is it today?  It’s/was…(旨在为文中文化部分XX日的日期部分作复习,让学生了解日期的正确形式以及读法)
2.Review T: There is not much water in the world.  People cut down too many trees and use too much plastic. So we should protect the earth.. The Earth is crying. Let’s review how to protect it.
S:We should save warer…复习story time 所学的四部分内容。
  Step1:此时,再根据Unit6内容结合自己现实生活,让学生说说should 和shouldn’t的用法。
S:We shouldn’t litter .We should put rubbish in the bin. 等等
Step2Presentation
T:We shouldn’t kill and eat wide animals. We shouldn’t waste food. The earth is crying, hat is why we set up some special days, let’s learn them.
2.PPT课件出示地球日和环境日,并出示日期分别是几月几日,期中环境日的读音是难点,在拼读的时候分成几个部分读En/vi/ron/ment.这样学生读起来就比较容易,也更容易掌握单词。
T: I’ll show you some other days about protecting the Earth.T hey are Earth Hour and Shajiabang Wet land Culture Festival.
3.We’ve known so many days about protecting the Earth. Do you want to be an Environmental Small Guard? Let’s go and join them.
Here are two tasks for you. Let’s look at task1.Say a rhyme,这部分处理sound time。
a.先听录音节奏,跟读Every day I go to school, I think it’s really cool! We have fun in the classroom. Every morning and afternoon!
b.Try to read
c.出示单词:school cool classroom afternoon zoo
Read the words and talk about .oo/u:/
4.Task 2 watch a cartoon and answer the question: What are they doing?学生观看卡通回答问题,紧跟着完成连线练习What do they draw? Watch and match
 Sam         trees
Bobby        a rubbish bin
              the Earth
Billy          flowers
              Bananas
接着是学生自读短文,做判断题。
1.They put the poster in the classroom.
2.Willy doesn’t like the poster.
3.Willy the dog can understand the poster.
接着学生跟读录音,学生模仿语音语调,再表演课文。
Step3 consolidation
学生完成两个task,对学生进行表扬,之后引出绘本部分fun in the sea.
学生欣赏绘本,让学生了解现在海洋生物所面临的问题,让学生写一篇保护海洋的倡议书,并问学生应该张贴在哪里。

Dear friends:
Marine animals(海洋动物) are our          . We should           them.

We shouldn’t catch marine animals. We should not throw(扔)            in the sea. We should not pour(倒)                      into it. We should save water.  Water is very useful.  We _____ water and           water every day. But there is not much water in many places on Earth. 
We should not…                                                  
We should…
Water is life!
Save marine animals ! Save water! Save our lives!
                                                                           
Step4 Home work
1.表演cartoon time.
2.Finish the proposal.(继续完成倡议书 )
3. Find some other ways to protect the Earth .(思考更多保护地球的方式)
