mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">三、学科间的整和，拓宽学生知识面。随着教学改革的进一步实施，学科与学科之间的界限正渐渐模糊，我们深深的体会到，任何一门学科都不是孤立存在的，而是与其他学科紧密联系的。英语与其他学科间的相互渗透，不但不会影响英语的学习，反而会起到促进升华的作用，使学生的综合能力得到锻炼。例如：英语与美术的结合，在教授颜色时，给学生一个疑问“怎样才能调出粉红色呢？”，接着老师让学生拿出颜色笔当场调试各种颜色</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="COLOR: black; <description><![CDATA[一向以来，人们小学英语教师的语言知识能力要求不高，认为小学英语简单，不需要太好的语言功底，只要有良好的教学技能就可以了。其实时代在进步，社会在发展，同样英语作为人们最广泛的交际用语之一，更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封，不求进取，那么不但自己的语言知识很快陈旧落伍，误人子弟，而且会被时代所淘汰。 <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;“Changing English in the changing world”。现代英语的变化，特别是口语方面的变化可从以下几个方面体现出来： <BR>1、随着人们生活节奏的不断加快，更因为国际互联网的形成，人们之间的交际变得越来越简捷。说话简单快捷，是现代人生活的一大特征。现代英语在这方面的变化表现为“一字多用”。 <BR>2、随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展，现代英语词汇急剧增加，并且我们发现，现代英语词汇有相当一部分是取得新义的旧词，如，“input”（输入电子计算机的数据），“store”（电子计算机的储存器），“drive”（计算机驱动器）等。 <BR>3、英国英语和美国英语之间的距离越来越小。也许是美国对世界政治、经济影响日益强大的原因，美国英语的影响也越来越大，特别是对青少年的影响越来越大，他们以使用美语和发美国音为时髦。 <BR>4、口语不断侵入书面语。学过英语的人都知道，英语有正式、非正式、书面语，口语，方言，俚语之分，然而当今它们之间相互渗透的现象越来越普遍。 <BR>　　我们的英语教师不跟上时代的步伐，不坚持不断地学习和接受新事物，不了解现代英语发展的现状和趋势，那么，我们所教出来的学生一旦离开学校走向社会，他们会发现他们所学的英语是多么bookish（书呆子气）。而教师自己则可能甚至连小学生们所津津乐道的一些常用语也可能会出现理解性的错误。]]></description>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 22pt; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-layout-grid-align: none" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">前苏联教育家克鲁普斯卡娅曾经说过：读好书是多么的重要。孩子手中虽然有不少书，但看到新书，他们也很想看一看，也会去买。但是，那是一本好书吗？队员自己也不知道，他只知道，那是一本课外书，有趣的书，并不知道这本书能给他带来什么。而社会上经常会有不健康的书充斥于市场，流行于队员之间，而队员并不明确哪些书适合自己，对自己的人生有益。于是我⑴在板报开辟“《好书推荐》栏”，每周每月由家长、队员或辅导员向队员们推荐精品少儿读物。这些图书可以是童话、故事、儿童小说、诗歌、科普读物、名人传记，也可以是传统精品，如神话小说、四大名著，还可以是热销图书，如《男生贾里》、《女生贾梅》、《郑渊洁童话》、《淘气包马小跳》等，让队员只有充满阳光的生活，才是健康的生活。⑵课堂上推荐课外读物。学了《海伦凯勒》组织队员读《假如给我三天光明》，学了《男孩子必读的一本书》，向队员推荐《鲁滨逊漂流记》，学了《轮椅上的霍金》向队员介绍《时间简史》，让队员学会生存，学会坚强，学会感恩，学会探索，面对困难不畏惧。由于课内外有联系，往往更能激发队员的阅读兴趣，更受队员欢迎，也更有利于队员正确的价值观的形成。⑶利用家校路路通进行个别交流。队员的个性差异造成阅读的喜好也不同。针对队员的个性特点和不足之处，专门推荐有针对性的课外阅读。如队员的持久性不强，没有毅力，推荐《钢铁是怎样炼成的》。⑷利用学校图书室，班级图书角。学校的图书室是开展课外阅读的物质基础，是队员看的书的主要来源地。在与图书室辅导员沟通后，增加开放时间，使队员有充分的时间阅读，特别是阅读需求强的孩子，图书辅导员为他们开通了<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>绿色通道<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>，允许他们随时都可去图书馆借书，并有目的地去寻找书籍。在班级中开展合作性阅读。每位队员每月向班级图书角提供一本图书，根据队员的阅读情况，定期更换。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
